Whether they need help finding safe housing, getting a job, or reaching their educational goals, there are so many ways the 412 Youth Zone can help a young person take their next steps on the road to success.

Know of a young adult living in Allegheny County who could benefit from getting connected with the 412 Youth Zone? Check out the information below to learn more about who is eligible and how you can make a referral.
 

In order to be eligible to participate in the 412 Youth Zone services the individual must meet the following criteria:

• 16-23 years old
• Transitioning  out of the foster care system and eligible for independent living services
• Or experiencing unstable housing

Anyone can refer a young adult who would benefit from our services by calling 412-902-4068, filling out this form, or stopping by during Drop-In Center hours. Young people can also refer themselves.
