Pride month is almost here! For the last week of May we will be celebrating everything Pride through some immersive makerspace projects. All are welcome to join in on the creativity.
June is National Safety Month, and the 412 Youth Zone is proud to partner with the Jewish Federation to kick off some safety awareness sessions.
In this hands-on twist on the classic board game, the 412 Youth Zone brought "The Game of Life" to life—literally. Young people moved through interactive stations to make real-world decisions about careers, housing, transportation, budgeting, and more.
Seventeen young adults took an inspiring two-day trip to Baltimore and Washington D.C., where they visited Morgan State University and Coppin State University—marking the first college visit outside of Pittsburgh for many.
