Community Outings is a newly developed program created to make space for youth to connect with their coaches in a pre-arranged activity. Each month will have a new theme and activity that collates with that month's theme. For October we will be enjoying some fun fall activities while at a local pumpkin patch.
Our Halloween Bash is a frightfully fun time at the Youth Zone, and all members are welcome to join in the fun. There will be food, face painting, and the crowd favorite haunted room: "The Cursed Zone!" Costumes are welcome, but not mandatory, having fun is a must!
The 412 Youth Zone joined youth from across Pennsylvania at the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown for this year's Independent Living Retreat, themed Reach for the S.T.A.R.S.
The 412 Youth Zone's trip to Kennywood on July 16th, 2025, turned a rainy forecast into a memorable day of connection and fun. Fifty-two youth & staff shared laughs, comfort food, and a few rides between showers before the park closed early, leaving with rain guarantee tickets for a sunnier return.
